Why do people not know who they are sending emails to?

Since I was one of the first million or so to get a gmail account, I had a chance to grab some short ones. 2 of which that I have are fairly generic. Both being similar to alot of peoples email addresses. With that said, I get alot of stray emails. Coincidentally, alot of them are for webdesign and such. They are requesting quotes or sending pictures to be put on their site.

Well, I got one today requesting a quote for a website with email along with the domain they wish to use. Now, I want to share that with you. Usually, I would go register the name and send an email asking if they would like to purchase it.

Here is your chance. Here is a copy of the email I got:

Dear Mr. Akram,

Kindly quote us for the following;

1. OUTLOOK DOMAIN EMAIL WITH HOSTING- can access outlook email anywhere via browser
2. STATIC COMPANY WEBSITE

DESIRED DOMAIN NAME: al-mashi.com

We appreciate your quick response on these.

Thank you and best regards,
