Well, after several years of investment, I have decided to let a few names go back to the registrar. Thing is, when I do this, some idiot buys the name on an expired domain auction site anywhere from $60 to whatever. When I tried to pretty much give the names away on message boards and such. I never get it.
Anyway, the names to watch are:
Cash-Syndicates.com – Cash Syndicates was started by the guys at Leading Edge Cash in order to kind and try and compete with CJ .com (In the “Adult Market”). It didn’t work, and this name is one I had registered to promote them.
I tried to sell this name everywhere. Let’s see what happens in the aftermarket.
CactusJacksCasino.com – Cactus Jacks Casino is an actual casino in Las Vegas. I actually sold this name once and they let it expire and I picked it up again.
Losing money everytime I touch this name, it will be interesting who ends up with this name and I will assure you, it won’t be for the $5 I tried to unload it for.
And last but not least, BirenEaly.com – I have had this name ever since Biren Ealy came to the Tennessee Titans from the Texas Longhorns.
Biren decided he was to much for the NFL and could not keep out of trouble including showing his pee pee to some peeps after getting traded to New Orleans.
I will keep my eye on these. I never ever let names expire. But, when they can’t make money, it’s time to go.
